Telemedicine has inherent limitations — including the inability to perform certain in-person physical examinations, procedures, or imaging — and is not appropriate for every clinical situation. If your physician determines that telemedicine cannot adequately address your condition, you will be referred for in-person care.
In a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room. Do not use our website, consultation form, or Spruce messaging to seek urgent or emergency medical care. We do not provide emergency services, and our messaging is not monitored on a continuous, 24/7 basis.
Outcomes vary by individual based on baseline health, adherence, lifestyle factors, and other variables. Statements on our website describing typical timeframes (for example, “most patients begin noticing measurable improvements within 4–8 weeks”) reflect general observations and are not a guarantee or promise of any specific result for you.

Level Health is currently licensed to provide telemedicine services in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We do not provide care to residents of states in which we are not licensed.
